With so many members working from home, this is the perfect time to take advantage of the electronic air waybill (eAWB). In an effort to provide the real-time communication of news, updates, and other information, we have also created the WCA COVID-19 members-only Facebook group. WCA has over 150 staff members worldwide. They have all been reassigned from non-urgent tasks in order to provide the maximum support and assistance to members at this time. In wake of conference cancellations, our staff is also making a conscious effort to call each member individually to check on them and make sure they are aware of all the benefits that are still available to them.
